Inzelane kids would like you to feel confident in shopping from us.
For any reason you are unhappy or change your mind about our products, you can return them to us within 14 days from date of purchase. The products must be in their original re-saleable condition with all Inzelane Kids and designer's tags still on and in their original packaging. Products must not have been washed or used.
Online warehouse sale terms of returns
All items purchased from the inzelane kids online warehouse sale are considered final sale. No exchange, refund or credit note will be provided unless the item is faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting email@example.com for assistance with any size enquiries, prior to purchasing.
How to return a product
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a return within 14 days from date of purchase. We will issue you a return reference no, and advise return address.
Please include your invoice number and product description in the email together with the reason for return.
Inzelane kids will not liable for any lost or damaged items being returned, we would recommend that you pack the order as we have sent it so it arrives safely and use a registered mail for tracking purposes. Please note that all returns will need to be shipped and handled at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item if the item is in original condition, you will receive email confirmation that this is complete.
We do not refund or exchange on sale items and gift cards.
All refunds will exclude shipping charges.
We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily organise a replacement or a refund where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note, where a faulty item claim is made and the 'designer' is deemed to not be at fault, a credit note may be issued in the instance a a gesture of goodwill by inzelane kids.
